Cradlesong Blog: Sydney Family Show

On Saturday, we went to the Sydney Family Show at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park for a fun family day out. It was easy to get to, free to enter and the parking was very reasonable (which makes a nice change). The Family Show is much smaller than the Royal Easter Show, but has similar attractions. There are kids rides, a limited selection of show bags, animal rides, a market and food stalls. Like I said, it is much smaller that the Royal Easter Show, but it was just good for a child of Sophie's age. There were a few small rides that were suitable for her and a petting farm which she adored (I have a video that I'll post soon) and that was enough for her. I would say if you have older children who are mainly interested in the show bags this might not be the ideal day out for you, but there are still rides and activities that they'll probably like. For us, it was a good day out.
