Cradlesong Blog: Lacking Wisdom
Posted on Friday, April 16, 2010 @ 07:45 PM by cradlesong

Blog
On Wednesday I had my wisdom teeth removed. I am swollen, bruised and finding it difficult to eat, but on the whole recovering quite well. Sophie came with Daddy to pick me up from the hospital and was was good while she was waiting, that is when she wasn't trying to pull the drip out of my arm :o) Daddy has been a great help looking after me and Sophie since I've been home and today we said goodbye as he took Sophie on a trip to see Nana, Papa and her brothers. I'm sure she'll have a wonderful time and I've been left with strict instructions to get plenty of rest. So far it's working well as I had a good rest this afternoon, but it is a very strange feeling only having myself to look after. It also almost feels naughty being able to leave things on the coffee table without little fingers getting to them or to leave doors open behind me knowing that a little person isn't going to run in and get to something she shouldn't. I do miss my little angel though!
