Health
We've had a tough few days to say the least. On Thursday, just as Sophie seemed to of recovered from her cold, she started vomiting. She wasn't too bad, being sick only once or twice, but a visit to the doctor revealed a temperature of 38.5 - poor thing. By Saturday she was much better and was starting to eat little bits and pieces. By Sunday we were all sick and feeling even more sympathy for her. Although she was grizzly and clingy she seemed to be getting better. Monday she a ate a little more adventurously, but Monday night she was worse than ever. Poor little thing can't tell us where it hurts or what will make her better. It's heartbreaking to see her so poorly. I just hope she's better soon!!

Luckily we staggered our illness so we we've been able to take turns looking after Sophie. Mummy copped the worst on Sunday and Poor Nanny was ill and in bed for most of Monday. However, when Nanny was well enough to venture out and join the rest of us it was a delight to see how excited Sophie was to see her. She even brought over her building blocks and proceeded to try and pull nanny off the couch to join her on the floor building. Little cutie.

Although it is inevitable that every child will get their share of childhood illnesses, as a Mum it's hard not to feel like you've done something wrong when you're holding your poor sick child in your arms with every part of you wishing you could do something to take their pain away. I do hope my little angel is better soon!
